We thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Clarke Construction on our recent building project. They were excellent at communicating with us throughout the process and gave practical advice and suggested innovative solutions throughout the build which was invaluable. The skill and craftsmanship that went in to the build has been greatly enjoyed and admired by our guests. And best of all, they delivered on time and within budget. We couldn’t recommend Clarke Construction, and their passionate team of builders, highly enough.
I just wanted to say how pleased we are with how the house is coming together, our whole family is so looking forward to settling in there. I really feel so grateful for the incredible job the guys are doing on site. They are always so approachable and easy to discuss things with, which is so important when you consider that building can be a stressful and daunting process especially with the financial implications and decision making involved. On the day to day, nitty gritty, toil of the job it might be easy to forget the overall importance of the job you guys do. For us the creation of a home from a bare patch of ground is no small deal. It has been so amazing to watch it progress and along with that the thoughts of what it might be like for us to live in. We do think it will be life changing for us and the kids and I would just like to thank you and your team for making it happen.

Little things that Ant picked up that we didn’t see have made all the difference. He would look at the plans and see a minor discrepancy that would have had a major impact on the build and so was able to discuss it with us and alter it to suit what we wanted. He also offered practical advice that saved us money. The best thing was we trusted him implicitly, if he had to make a call we knew that it would have been in our best interests. We cannot recommend him highly enough, not only was the work top notch but his understanding of what we wanted was spot on, we always felt he put us first.

The costings were always transparent and Ant had great foresight to identify any likely issues or problems that may occur in the following months.
